Annual Halloween Parade A Huge Success

It’s hard to tell who likes the Halloween parade more: Empower staff or Children’s Academy students. Staff put chairs out into the halls early to reserve their spots and when the cacophany of dragons, superheroes, and princesses is heard, there is a rush to get into place and hand out treats to students who trick or treat throughout the building. It is a wonderful event that is enjoyed by all.

Trunk or Treat

Several Empower Children’s Academy staff and friends participated in Trick or Treat events held around the community, including the at the Red Brick building in the Village of Lewiston. They dressed up, decorated their cars and handed out yummy treats to children. Thank you to everyone who took part!

Fire Truck Fun

Firefighter Mark Dembitsky from Niagara Active Hose Fire Co. visited Empower Children’s Academy to educate students on fire safety. During his visit, students had a chance to sit in the firetruck, try on some gear and watch a video on fire safety. Thank you, Mark, for your visit!  The students had a wonderful time.
