Snowflake Basket Auction Postponed Until Fall
Empower’s Snowflake Basket Auction, which was supposed to take place in late March, has been postponed until fall due to COVID-19. The date will be rescheduled and safety protocols put in place that are in compliance with guidance from New York State.
Donations (baskets, cash to purchase items, premium bottles of liquor, toys) are still being accepted. If you would like to donate something, contact Cheryl at cseelbinder@empower-wny.org.

Drive Fore Empower Golf Tournament Canceled
Although we do not know what COVID-19-related precautions will be in place on June 15 when the 2020 Drive Fore Empower golf tournament was scheduled to take place, we made the difficult decision to cancel the golf tournament to protect the health and safety of our participants and out of consideration of the financial impact this crisis is having on individuals and businesses who support this event. We look forward to being able to join together again in 2021 for the shared purpose of raising funds for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
